19 Year Old Woman Stabbed To Death As Murder Rate Increase

Kameel Calistro, 19, of Soesdkye/Linden Highway, was stabbed and killed around 3.45 a.m. today, according to police.

Kameel was drinking and dancing to music being played from a vehicle parked in front of the unfenced yard with others at her aunt Shavon Calistro’s Kuru Kururu residence for a birth night. Kristophe Stoll, 20, of Swan, Kuru Kururu, allegedly had a disagreement over which girl could dance better at around 2 p.m., according to the police.

Stoll and the victim’s relatives got into an argument, and Stoll took a knife from his right side of his waist and reportedly attempted to stab Adolph Joseph, 29, of 46 Swan, Kuru Kururu, who is the victim’s cousin. Joseph’s abdomen was lacerated on the lower left side by the knife.

Stoll reportedly stabbed her in the left side of her abdomen after Calistro interfered. She then passed out and was taken to the GPHC, where she was pronounced dead. The body is being kept at the hospital mortuary pending a PME.

Stoll was apprehended with a knife in his possession. Investigations are currently underway.
