Guyana Power and Light Inc. Launches New Prepaid Meter Complaint Channel

Customers of Guyana Power and Light Inc. can now take advantage of a query communication channel via WhatsApp. Customers of the Prepaid Meter will make complaints via a WhatsApp number from November 8, 2020. 

“The new feature will help our Company to initiate actions, respond promptly to those complaints and ultimately reduce potential prepaid meter downtime.”

The Prepaid queries contact WhatsApp Telephone Number is 699-4882. According to the statement, a customer representative will be more than happy to assist. 

Customers are asked to follow TWO STEPS:

  1. Add our WhatsApp number to your contact list
  2. WhatsApp us your complaints or queries
