Anil Nandlall Sues James Bond And Jaipaul Sharma For $25M Each Over Facebook Post

The Minister of Legal Affairs, Anil Nandlall, is suing the former Minister, Jaipaul Sharma and PNC Member, James Bond for $25M each over a Facebook post. The lawsuit is allegedly claiming damage of character. According to Bond and Sharma, the alleged post is about Nandlall’s private firm being involved in the alleged ‘illegal’ distribution of lands during the PPP administration. 

Minister Nandlall denied the allegation and threatened legal action if the post is not removed. James got sued because he shared the post from the former minister’s Facebook account. 

Anil Nandlall is looking for an apology since he feels the information shared is ‘false’ and ‘defamatory.’
