Arrogant and Alleged Racist Giftland Mall Owner Threatens Mayor of Georgetown Guyana, “Boycott Giftland” (VIDEO)

In what has turned out to be a bitter battle between Roy Beepat who is the owner and CEO of Giftland Mall and the Mayor of Georgetown over unpaid taxes to the city, Beepat has now resorted to sending threats.

Roy Beepat became infamous around the 2020 General elections through his threat of closure of Giftland Group of Companies if the now opposition does not submit to contested elections results. Beepat whose nature is to send threats to those who are not in agreeance with him is now threatening Mayor Ubraj Narine that he must come down to his office and issue a personal apology to him although the Mayor was acting in his capacity asking for unpaid taxes.

There have been growing calls for the boycott of Giftland Mall and businesses owned by Roy Beepat and since his spate, the calls for a boycott have widened.
