Minister Dharamlall Terrorized PPP Member Councillors Forcing Six To Resign, “APNU Never Treated Us Like This”

After being abused and intimidated by local government minister, Nigel Dharamlall, six councillors belonging to the PPP/C resigned from Rosignol’s Neighborhood Democratic Council.

“As a woman and mother I can’t work under these conditions”

The six indo-Guyanese who complained that Minister Dharamlall terrorized them are Samuel Jagnandan, Iqbal Alli, Agnes Karamchand, Chatte R. Puran, Haimwattie Persaud, and Joseph Tribhawan. The councillors stated that they have never received such terrible treatment under the APNU/AFC regime and are in utter dismay that the party that they supported treated them this way.
