Trump Refuses To Commit To Peaceful Transition of Power If Loses Election

The President of the United States of America on Wednesday refused to commit to a peaceful transition of power if he loses the election in November, saying, “he needs to see what happen,” indicating a high level of doubts about the security of the mail-in ballots.

“We’re going to have to see what happens, you know, but I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots. The ballots are a disaster,” said Donald Trump.

At a news conference at the White House, Donald Trump indicated that there would be no need for transition without mail-in ballots, suggesting that he would win the election without the increase of mail-in voting during the pandemic.

“Get rid of the ballots, and you’ll have a very peaceful, there won’t be a transfer, frankly, there will be a continuation,” Trump said. “The ballots are out of control. You know it, and you know who knows it better than anyone else? The Democrats know it better than anyone else.”

Comments from the Biden campaign came after Trump said he would not commit to a peaceful transition after losing the election.

“The American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

A few minutes later, the President told reporters that he needed to take an emergency call and left the briefing. Trump already predicted that the High Court would decide on the results of the election.

“I think this well end up in the Supreme Court and I think it’s very important that we have nine justices, and I think the system’s going to go very quickly,”
